Management education at G.L.A. Institute of Business Management (GLAIBM) is not nearly about a group of managers making decisions about an organization. We view modern business and management practices as a stream, which is conducted in an environment of increasing international competition subjected to rapid changes. An integration of information technology achieved by its presence in GLA Group enables the students to acquire well-developed understanding of management practices, knowledge and skills necessary to grapple with the complexities of the modern business propositions.

The Institute is affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. It offers a 2 year programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA).The MBA programme at the Institute employs various modes of teaching, learning and assessment that reflect in its interdisciplinary approach. Instead of learning separate management domains individually, this integrated teaching allows understanding of the best overlap and interaction between the different business areas.
